Google comes up with an interesting idea on how to gather more information on an object or subject, such as a book or class mate.

Poiting on objects and depending on the current GPS based location, such as a restaurant, Goggles will help to identify the restaurant and give further information. Scanning a book brings more detailed information about the author and prices and where to buy the book. While taking a photo of a business card , Goggles searched the web for online resources, such as social networks and web sites and produce a list of contact details as well as research information about a particular person.

Alan over at Smartphonefacatics.com discovered a shortcut on how to find all preferences under webOS in one place. Just type "pref" for "preferences" within the universal search and your are done.

Of course, this only counts for the English version, but it is quite similar for the German version typing "eins" for "Einstellungen".
